Right now we are looking for business managers to take
the reins of their very own store. Once you do, we’ll provide you with the
tools you need to profitably run your business, we’ll train you, give you the
keys to a great store, and then get out of your way and let you succeed. That
doesn’t mean we’ll never speak to you… on the contrary, we’ll speak to you
every day and we’ll give you all the support you’ll need to smash your profit
targets. When you exceed these targets, then one of the most aggressive,
uncapped profit-share programs in Australia kicks in allowing you to earn an
amount equal to the effort you put in.
So who are you? Well from our experience you’re likely to
fall into one of the following three groups:
·You’re currently
one of the best retail manager in your company, you don’t want to give up
running a store and move into an area management role, but at the same time the
opportunity for you to earn considerably more money is restricted
·You’re currently
an area/regional/state or general manager in a retail group who misses being on
the floor but doesn’t want to move back to a typical store manager remuneration

The successful department manager will have 2 or more
years of retail experience in a specialty retail environment, an understanding
of Glue's brands, strong fashion sense and visual skills are required.
Department Managers are responsible for providing
excellent customer service and upholding all visual and operational standards
within the store. They are responsible for store operations and work closely
with our visual team. Our Department Managers are strong leaders with an
ability to drive sales through excellent service, strong visual presentation,
and a full understanding of their business. They play a key role in the
training and development of all store staff, especially prime timers.
