issue, but may change at any time and are subject to availability.
Goods and Services ("GST") and Other Taxes
Prices displayed on this website are inclusive of
GST applied at the rate of 10%. If the delivery address is outside
Australia, the GST component of each price will be deducted after we
receive your order. We will send an email confirming the order amount
after deduction of the GST component.
You are responsible for any
taxes, duties or other liabilities imposed by any governmental agency,
including without limitation, any customs duty, goods and services
taxes or any value added tax imposed on any products or services
acquired or ordered by you from this website.
Delivery

the website. The delivery times are indicative only and Next Athleisure
will not be liable for any failure to observe these delivery times.
Risk and Title
Next Athleisure will retain title to the products
you order until you have made payment in full for those products, but
all risk in the products will pass to you upon their delivery to or
collection by a postal or courier service. You should consider whether

gluestore.com.au delivers Australia wide using the Australia Post delivery service.
We offer a flat delivery charge of $10.00 for all orders Australia Wide.
To ensure your orders are delivered safe and secure you will need to sign to accept delivery.
Deliveries will not be made to Post Office Boxes.
We recommend that you use your work or other suitable daytime address to ensure someone is available to accept your order.
You
should also include a daytime phone number with your shipping details
in case we need to contact you if there are any problems with delivery.
Standard delivery time is between 2-7 business days depending on your location.

Refund & Returns
On-line Purchases
If you are not happy with your product that was
purchased on-line for any reason, gluestore.com.au is happy to exchange
it or provide you with a credit on your customer account, providing the
product is returned to us in its original condition, undamaged and
unopened. The customer will pay all freight charges.
If goods are
faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown, you may
choose between a refund, exchange or a credit. Please see instructions
below for Defective Items.
Defective Items
Defective items must be returned to
gluestore.com.au within (14) fourteen days of the purchase date to be
eligible for replacement. Items will be replaced with the same item
originally purchased. For items that cannot be replaced, a full refund
will be offered.
How to return your item

A customer service representative will evaluate your return request,
record all the necessary product return information and issue you with
a Return Authorisation Number (RA). The Customer Service Representative
will also provide you address details of where to send your return. You
must obtain an RA number immediately so as to ensure that you are
eligible for a replacement or refund.
- Send your item to the return address provided. Please ensure that your RA number is clearly displayed on the return packaging.
- As soon as the return has been received, a replacement product will be shipped.
IMPORTANT
- The return must be received by gluestore.com.au within (14) fourteen days of the RA number being issued.
- Replacement product will only be shipped after the faulty item has been received by gluestore.com.au.
- All returns must have an RA number.
- Any item that is returned to gluestore.com.au without an RA number will be returned to sender.
