1. Terms & Conditions

The Glue Store Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions ("Member Terms and Conditions") set out in this document concern the operation of the Glue Store Loyalty Program, the Glue Sore Website/App, and any promotional activity and loyalty transactions that arise as a consequence of the Glue Store Loyalty Program.

Individuals who join the Glue Store Loyalty Program agree to be legally bound by the Member Terms and Conditions.

The Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time without prior notification by Glue Store in its absolute discretion. Despite anything to the contrary contained in this document, any modification to the Terms and Conditions may be applied to a Member retrospectively.

Glue Store will not accept any liability for any email communication to any Member that is misdirected, lost or not received.

Glue Store will not accept any liability for any technical issues that may cause damage to any computer related to or used in connection with the Glue Store Loyalty Program.

Glue Store may collect personal information from the Members for the purpose of facilitating the Glue Store Loyalty Program. Please see Glue Store's Privacy Policy for more information.

In its absolute discretion, Glue Store reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Glue Store Loyalty Program at any time.

Glue Store will not be liable for any tax liability incurred by a Member in connection with the Glue Store Loyalty Program, including that incurred in the provision of Rewards.

The Member Terms and Conditions are to be read in conjunction with any additional conditions associated with Rewards, as well as in conjunction with the Glue Store Website's Terms and Conditions. In the event of any discrepancies, Glue Store's decision in its absolute discretion will be final and binding.

Glue Store's decision in relation to all matters arising in relation to the Glue Store Loyalty Program is final and binding.

2. Definitions

2.1. "Benefits" means any benefits given to Members.

2.2. "Member" means individuals who sign up to the Glue Store Loyalty Program.

2.3. "Member Profile" means the personal details of the Member.

2.4. "Member Terms and Conditions" mean the terms and conditions set out on this page and as updated on this page from time to time.

2.5. "Website" refers to the website gluestore.com.au, where details of the Glue Store Loyalty Program (including the most up to date Terms and Conditions) can be found. The Website also provides for the facility to update a Members Profile.

2.6. "Rewards" refers to rewards given to Members as a consequence of purchasing behaviours, incentives and/or promotions. Members are notified of Rewards via email.

2.7. "Technical Issues" means the technical malfunction of any telephone network, connection or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website or intranet site.

2.8. "Terms and Conditions" mean the Terms and Conditions set out in this agreement and as updated on the Website from time to time.

2.9. "Glue Store Loyalty Program" means the loyalty program operated by Glue Store providing Members with access to exclusive benefits and rewards.

2.10. "Glue Store" means Accent Lifestyle Pty Ltd trading as Glue Store (ABN 79 636 815 284), its related bodies corporate and its authorised representatives.

3. Members &: Membership

3.1. An individual is deemed to be a Member of the Glue Store Loyalty Program when they sign up on the Website or in a Glue Store.

3.2. Membership of the Glue Store Loyalty Program is only open to individuals with a valid email address.

3.3. At any time, Members can only have one membership to the Glue Store Loyalty Program.

3.4. Glue Store reserves the right to refuse or terminate membership of the Glue Store Loyalty Program without prior notice or reason, and in its absolute discretion.

3.5. Membership is not transferable.

3.6. It is the responsibility of the Member to update their membership profile.

3.7. A Member can at any time terminate their membership by providing written notice to Glue Store.

4. Rewards

4.1. At its sole discretion, Glue Store may update a Member account with a Reward as a consequence of purchasing behaviour incentive and/or promotional activities.

4.2. Glue Store will notify the Member via email of their entitlement to any Rewards.

4.3. Glue Store reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or vary the Rewards without notice and at any time.

4.4. Rewards are generally expressed in monetary form - for example, a $30 Reward. However, in no way do Rewards represent legal tender in any country.

4.5. Rewards cannot be sold, transferred or assigned and are not redeemable for cash or any other like instruments, including (but not limited to) gift vouchers, gift cards, cheques and credit notes.

4.6. Rewards can only be redeemed at Glue Store branded stores in Australia, and on the Glue Store Website.

4.7. The currency in which Rewards are redeemed will be based on the location of the redeeming store. For example, a store based in Australia will redeem the Rewards in AUD. The Store online store is based in Australia, and consequently will redeem rewards in AUD.

4.8. Glue Store reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude certain items and promotions from being redeemed by using Rewards.

4.9. If a Membership is terminated from the Glue Store Loyalty Program, all outstanding and future Rewards will no longer be valid and will be rendered null and void.

4.10. Rewards can take up to 48 hours after purchase in store or order dispatch online before they are available for redemption.

4.11. All Rewards have an expiry date, at which point they will no longer be available for redemption. Glue Store reserves the right to change the expiry date of any Reward at any time without prior notice.

4.12. Only Rewards from one Glue Store member can be presented per transaction.

4.13. Glue Store will not be held responsible or liable if Rewards are not able to be redeemed for whatever reason, but specifically in the case of a technical failure of software or hardware or an EFTPOS malfunction.

4.14. Rewards can only be redeemed once. If you try to redeem more than once, this will be later declined and our customer support team will be in contact with you.

4.15. Returns: If a customer wishes to return a purchase that has previously earned a Reward, Glue Store will process the return and forfeit any loyalty rewards earned on the initial transaction purchase.

4.16. Returns: If a customer has redeemed a reward on a purchase that has been returned then the redeemed rewards value will be forfeited.

4.17. Rewards are earned on the value spent each (1) day at Glue Store. Multiple transactions do not determine the earning value of the rewards, only the total value spent each (1) day.

4.18. Exchanges: If a customer wishes to exchange a purchase that has previously earned a Reward, and the exchange is for a product of lesser value than the initial purchase the customer must exchange for the total purchase value. If the exchange is for a lesser value, Glue Store will process a full return first and any Rewards earned on the initial transaction purchase will be forfeited. If a subsequent exchange purchase warrants a Rewards base on the transaction size then the customer will earn Rewards on the subsequent purchase in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

5. Qantas Frequent Flyer Partnership

5.1. Our partnership with Qantas came to an end on 1 Dec, 2020.

6. Member Status Benefits And Rewards

6.1. Members of the Glue Store Loyalty Program will be entitled to receive benefits.

6.2. Glue Store reserves the right to vary the benefits at any time, and without notice.

6.3. Rewards are presented in the form of a dollar off discount with a set expiry date.

6.4. Expiry dates are usually 30 days from the date of issue, but can vary without notice/

7. Spend Rewards

7.1. Reward(s) will be loaded into the Members account approximately the next day after an eligible transaction in store or when an online order has been dispatched and will expire on the date stated in the email and on the Member's profile. Rewards cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise indicated.

7.2. Customers can see current Rewards and promotions on the Rewards Info page.

7.3. Spend is calculated on dollars spent by the customers with the brand after all discounts, refunds and redemptions have been taken into account and excludes online shipping fees and gift card purchases.

7.4. Members will receive a birthday Reward in the days leading up to their birthday only if they have provided their birth date as part of the sign up process. You cannot retrieve more than 1 birthday Reward in any given 365 day period.
