"The COVID-19 (coronavirus) is having a significant impact on the lives of all Australians. At Australia Post, we’re doing everything we can to continue delivering parcels and letters as well as providing retail and payment services in our stores. As we do this, we need to protect the health and wellbeing of all our customers and team members.

"To minimise risks to everyone, all parcels – be it at a post office or at a residence – will no longer require a signature for delivery or collection. Our team will continue to record your name and delivery on our handheld device.

"In order to make it easier to pick up or send parcels, please consider using our free 24/7 Parcel Lockers, which can be found in over 400 convenient locations across the country. If you’d like to learn more about Australia Post parcel lockers, please click here.

"The impact to international logistics is also causing some delivery delays. We are working with our partners to move items as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience.

Click & Collect

With the temporary closure of our physical stores, we are not able to offer Click & Collect services at this time.

If you had a pending Click & Collect order before our stores closed, our customer care team will be in touch to discuss alternative options.

Delivery Charges

Take advantage of FREE STANDARD DELIVERY Australia-wide on orders over $50.

For orders over $50 we also offer an Express Delivery service for a flat rate of $5.00.

For orders less than $50 we charge a flat rate of $10 for postage and handling.

For eligible orders we offer Same Delivery for a flat rate of $14.95. Please see the Same Day Delivery section for more information.

Glue Store does not ship overseas.

Standard Delivery

We offer FREE Standard delivery on all orders over $50.

For orders less than $50 we charge a flat rate of $10 for postage and handling.

Most standard delivery customers receive their order within 3 business days, but you should allow up to 5 business days for your goods to arrive. We recommend customers in regional areas, Western Australia and South Australia allow up to 7 business days.

Express Delivery

Orders over $50 may be eligible for Express Delivery, offered for a flat rate of $5.00.

This service guarantees priority fulfilment and delivery. Most Express Delivery orders are delivered the following business day, but can take 1-3 business days during peak periods.

If you are eligible for Express Delivery, you will have the option to choose this during the check-out.

Same Day Delivery

We offer a Same Day Delivery service, on business days, in the Sydney metropolitan region for a flat rate of $14.95.

Same Day delivery orders need to be placed online by midday AEST, and will be delivered before 6pm that day. All Same Day deliveries require a person available to accept the delivery when the courier arrives. If there is nobody available to sign for the delivery, it will be returned to our DC. Customers will be responsible for any additional costs to re-dispatched returned orders.

Unfortunately, we can't accept same day delivery to Australia Post Office Boxes or Parcel Lockers. However, we will happily deliver to any business or residential address where somebody can accept the delivery from our courier.

If you chose same day delivery on a non-business day (eg. weekend or public holiday), your delivery window would be the following business day.

If you are eligible for Same Day Delivery, you will have the option to pay for this during the check-out.

Delivery Times & Order Delays

Orders placed during promotional periods may encounter a short delay in being dispatched, due to the high number of orders.

All delivery times are indicative only, and while we will always do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we will contact you as soon as possible in the rare case of an unavoidable delay.

Please make sure your details are accurate to ensure a speedy delivery. If you have made a mistake on your order, please Contact Us, and we’ll fix this up for you.

If you have not received your order within the days (or hours) specified at the time of purchase, please Contact Us.

Occasionally if a particular product is in high demand we will need to re-order from our suppliers. If your order is delayed for any reason a Glue Store online representative will contact you to advise of the delay.

In rare cases an order may be delayed due to our Fraud Protection Process. We will endeavour to notify you immediately if your order is being investigated. In most cases the delay is minimal, as we can dispatch the goods as soon as the credit card holder’s identity is verified. Our Fraud Protection Process protects our customers from fraudulent orders and transactions. You can read more about this process in our T&Cs.

Signature On Delivery

In most cases parcels require a signature when they're delivered. We recommend choosing a delivery address that you're commonly at during business hours.

If there is nobody authorised to sign for your parcel, the delivery driver will either:

  • a) leave the parcel in a safe place; or,
  • b) leave a card notifying you of attempted delivery, and return the parcel to the nearest Australia Post for you to collect at your convenience

If you cannot find a parcel delivered by Australia Post, you can call them for further information on 13 11 18. Unfortunately Glue Store does not have authority to request this information on your behalf.
