Your chucks are your work of art.
The latest Converse Campaign is celebrating the Chuck Taylor and the stories that each pair tell, the memories they hold and the fact that they continue to get better and better with age. The life you live in your Sneakers is an adventurous one no doubt, whether you have that favourite white pair that you wore to a 3 day Music Festival that returned with an extra layer of mud and another layer of gold glitter or that classic black and white pair you wear to every gig your band plays that have well and truly stood the test of time of moshpits and crowd surfing. Over the last 100 years of the All Star Sneaker’s existence we’ve seen an endless amount of creativity go into a classic pair of sneakers and the different ways they can be customised, adapted and made by you.
So as an ode to self expression, Converse have collected and created portraits from international icons and influencers from all over the world including the likes of Patti Smith, Andy Warhol, Futura, Jefferson Hack, Sayo Yoshida, Ron English, and Glenn O’Brien to highlight the diversity and unique ways each creative individual chooses to wear the iconic sneaker – and this is where you come in. We want to see how your Chuck Taylors have been made by YOU!
Head into one of our selected Stores and post a pic of your loved Converse Sneakers at the Converse table, tag @gluestore and hashtag #gluestore #chucktaylor for your chance to win a free new pair!
