Comfy chic with a retro twist. Casey La Chiusa shows us her Calvins.
We’re loving 90s revival with a minimalist twist, and the new range from Calvin Klein Jeans has definitely nailed this.
The vintage-inspired designs include cropped tee’s and hoodies, as well as iconic CK logo t-shirts that are straight out of the 90s.
We followed Sydney-based model Casey La Chiusa to the roof-top of an inner-city loft to road-test the latest range.
Calvin Klein is experiencing a bit of a renaissance at the moment thanks to a perfect storm scenario. From the current fad for 90s nostalgia, to CK’s ultra-relevant ambassadors, like Justin Bieber and Kendall Jenner, Calvin Klein seems to be the label that everybody is talking about.
And, just like in the 80s and 90s, the brand hasn’t shied away from controversy, with the recent #mycalvins campaign featuring cheeky and provocative imagery that has definitely been sparking heated discussion online.
Most recently, Calvin Klein flexed their eco credentials with custom-designed couture made from sustainable and recycled materials for Emma Watson, Margot Robbie and Lupita Nyong’o at the Met Gala.
Not everyone is lucky enough to receive custom-made gowns, but if you're diggin' Calvin Klein's retro vibes, you can shop the latest range in store or online at Glue Store.
