It's a little thicker than what I'm used to so I wouldn't recommend it if you're exercising. It does have a smooth chin extension that if you left folded up stops it being pulled down everytime you talk which is basically the most annoying thing about masks!

A shame I discovered these masks so late into the pandemic, because they're far and away the best ones I've had so far. The fit is fantastic - and adjustable, thanks to toggles on the straps. There's a flap over the bridge of the nose to give extra coverage, and I find it's great to prevent my glasses fogging up because the bridge of the glasses rests on the flap. Not sure if it's because I can adjust the fit, but there's absolutely no gaping around the sides. At all. It creates an almost perfect seal. Just about the only problem worth noting - strenuous exercise in this mask is difficult. The mask is so well sealed on my face, that if I take a really deep breath in, it feels like I'm sucking the fabric in too. But, I have other masks for when I run or cycle, so I'm giving it 5 stars.
